Ordering
Q: How many days in advance do I need to order?
A: Please place your order at least 3 days in advance, or even earlier to secure your slot before they are fully booked!
Q: It’s less than 3 days from his or her birthday, can I still get a cake from you please?
A: We do require 3 days advance notice for cake orders as they are baked-to-order. However, you may give us a call to see if we can make any special arrangements for you. No promises, but we will try!
Q: How can I receive my cake or catering items?
A: You can opt for our island-wide delivery at $10! Your preferred delivery timing may be subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for certain locations such as Sentosa, Jurong Island or Tuas. Hold on, delivery is FREE for orders $100 & above!
Q: Can I cancel my order after making my payment online?
A: 50% of the total order amount will be levied for any cancellation of orders. There will be no refund for cancellation within 3 days of collection/delivery.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: We regret to inform that changes to confirmed orders are not allowed within 3 days from date of collection/delivery. Additional charges will apply, and there be no refund for changes to an item of a lower value.
Cakes
Q: Are your cakes and catering items halal certified?
A: We are not halal certified, but we use halal certified ingredients. Also, we do not use any pork, lard or alcohol related ingredients in our products!
Q: I have dietary restrictions. Can I consume your cakes?
A: Most of our cakes are Non-Dairy, Butter-free and made with Low-GI sugar! They are suitable for all generations to enjoy. You can make them Baby-friendly, or Vegan/Eggless and Gluten-Free too!
Q: Can I customise my cake?
A: Yes! We provide standard customisation such as handcrafted chocolate wordings and dietary options for cakes. We also have Theme Cakes to suit your precious moments. If you wish to customise a cake further, please have a chat with us and we will be able to work something out for you!
Q: How many days can the cake be good for?
A: We recommend you to consume the cake as soon after receiving it, else you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. But most probably it will already be completely eaten by then : )
Q: My cake will be out for some time before I reach home. How long can it last outside?
A: Rain or shine, we recommend you to put the cake back into a fridge within 2 hrs.
Catering Platters
Q: I have a party. How long can the catering items last?
A: We recommend you to consume within 3 hrs upon receiving the food. So do round up your guests before the food arrives!
