General
- Prices listed are nett and quoted in Singapore Dollars.
- Prices listed are not inclusive of delivery charges.
- Pictures are for illustration only. Actual products may vary.
Products
- Our cakes are best stored refrigerated and best consumed within 2 days of delivery or collection as they are made with no preservatives, unless otherwise stated.
- Our cakes are in sizes of 1 kg, 2 kg and 3kg unless otherwise stated, and weigh approximately ±100g on average when produced
- Our platter items are best stored refrigerated and best consumed within 3 hours of delivery or collection as they are made with no preservatives, unless otherwise stated.
- We shall not be held liable should the products be kept inappropriately or for extensive periods which are beyond the recommended best before date and time.
- All our products are produced in a facility which handles soy, milk, eggs, tree nuts and oats. Do check with us should you have any allergy prior to consumption of our products.
Customisation:
- Additional charges may apply for customisation of cakes and catering products.
- Customisation includes changes to design or ingredients of original products listed on the Website. Options available on the Online Store are not considered Customisation.
- Customised orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Ordering:
- The earliest fulfillment date will be available for selection during checkout. Do place your orders at least 2 days in advance.
- Full payment is required to confirm your order.
- We regret to inform that changes to confirmed orders are not allowed within 3 days from date of collection/delivery. Additional charges will apply, and there be no refund for changes to an item of a lower value.
- 50% of the total order amount will be levied for any cancellation of orders. There will be no refund for cancellation within 3 days of collection/delivery. We reserve the rights to impose an admin fee should there be changes to the order.
Delivery & Self-collection:
- Delivery charges are applicable. Additional charges may apply for certain locations including Sentosa and Tuas.
- Your preferred delivery timing may be subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply should there be a need for re-delivery or replacement of products due to missed delivery.
- Self-collection is by appointment only.
